“We’re honored to be recognized for our commitment to providing a world class experience for our team members,” said Dan Burton, CEO of Health Catalyst. “Years ago, I read some thoughtful advice from Sir Richard Branson that has stuck with me and influenced our approach to team members. Employees should come first, then our customers, then investors. When our team members feel respected, loved, and cared for, they will translate that care to our customers, who in turn, feel valued and choose to partner, expand, and renew with Health Catalyst. For these reasons, team member engagement and satisfaction are at the center of all we do and all business decisions.”
