This year the CPT and HCPCS code changes for 2026 are being focused on two main themes.
1. CPT codes that are static in nature (non-variable based on location, patient or provider) such as Radiology, Lab, Therapy Codes. The focus is on 70000-99999 code range
2. CPT codes that are dynamically assigned base on a medical record. This will focus on 10000-69999 CPT code range
In addition we will focus on HCPCS code changes under the static non-variable methodology.
