Health Catalyst Named Best Place to Work in Healthcare by Modern Healthcare, Ranking 40 Among Suppliers

Health Catalyst is proud to announce that we’ve been named to Modern Healthcare’s 2023 Best Places to Work in Healthcare list, ranking 40 in the Suppliers category. Health Catalyst has earned a spot on the prestigious list for 11 years in a row.

Modern Healthcare’s Best Places to Work award honors 150 U.S. healthcare companies and organizations that empower team members to provide patients and clients with the best possible care and services. Modern Healthcare’s program draws upon feedback from extensive employee surveys to evaluate organizations across several criteria, such as culture, leadership, employee benefits, and overall employee satisfaction, as well as new criteria measuring how employees reported feeling supported during the COVID-19 pandemic.

“We at Health Catalyst continue to strongly believe that deep team member engagement drives client engagement and success. This award is a tribute to our team members and leaders who continue to foster a workplace culture worthy of Modern Healthcare’s Best Place to Work award,” said Dan Burton, CEO of Health Catalyst.

Years ago, shortly after Health Catalyst was founded, leadership put into place Operating Principles (Improvement, Respect, Ownership, and Transparency) and Cultural Attributes (Continuous Learners, Hardworking, Humble, World Class) to guide team members’ actions and decision-making. The result is a healthy work environment that is diverse, equitable, and inclusive; where every team member can thrive.

In addition to Modern Healthcare’s recognition, in 2023, Health Catalyst has been named to Women Tech Council’s  Shatter List, Inspire in Utah’s 100 Companies Championing Women in Utah, one of America’s Greatest Workplaces for Women by Newsweek, and one of America’s Greatest Workplaces for Diversity by Newsweek.
