Tami Reller is a well-established executive with more than 25 years of leadership experience in finance, technology, growth, operations, marketing and consumer experience. She currently serves as Executive Chair at Duly Health and Care, a role she has held since June 2023; before that, she served as CEO & Co-Chair from September 2022 to June 2023.
Before joining Duly Health and Care, Ms. Reller served as Chief Marketing, Digital & Experience Officer of UnitedHealthcare, the health benefits platform of UnitedHealth Group. Earlier in her tenure, she progressed through three leadership posts at Optum, the health services platform of UnitedHealth Group: Executive Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer from September 2014 to June 2016; Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer from June 2016 to April 2017; and Executive Vice President, Chief Growth Officer from April 2017 to November 2017.
In addition to her operating roles, Ms. Reller has served on the board of SPS Commerce as Director since May 2016, and as Chair from May 2018 to May 2022.
Before joining UnitedHealth Group, Ms. Reller spent over a decade at Microsoft Corporation, where she held several executive roles from April 2001 to September 2014, including Corporate Vice President of Dynamics and Divisional Chief Financial Officer. She went on to serve as Windows Chief Financial Officer and Chief Marketing Officer, and later as Executive Vice President of Marketing. She was also the Chief Financial Officer of Great Plains Software from 1999 to 2001.
