Lisa Rhind joined Health Catalyst in 2025 as part of the Upfront Healthcare acquisition and serves as the General Manager of Interoperability. Lisa brings more than 30 years of experience in healthcare leading complex, data-heavy healthcare implementations and migrations and guiding enterprise-level solutions that deliver business value in clinical, operational and population health domains.
She is known as a process and data-driven leader and effective communicator with a history of guiding teams to deliver results. Lisa has a proven track record of building trusted, enduring partnerships with clients through her work in helping them to achieve their strategic business goals and objectives.
Lisa has held various leadership positions at Data Harbor, PatientKeeper, Care Team Connect and Glytec and most recently served as the SVP of Client Services at Upfront Healthcare.
Lisa holds a Master of Arts in Social Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Michigan State University.
