Health Catalyst Named to the Women Tech Council’s Shatter List for Fifth Year

The Women Tech Council has named Health Catalyst to the 2022 Shatter List. This is the fifth year in a row that the company has earned a spot on the Women Tech Council’s list of technology companies with active programs that are leading and accelerating progress towards breaking the glass ceiling for women in the industry.

“We are deeply honored to be included on the Shatter List once again,” said Linda Llewelyn, Chief People Officer at Health Catalyst. “For Health Catalyst and our team members, we are inspired by this recognition as this inclusion reinforces the continued efforts that we make to empower our female team members. After committing years ago to creating an environment where every team member can succeed, regardless of gender, we’ve seen improved gender diversity at the leadership level, achieved high female team member engagement, and attained near-perfect gender pay parity.”

The Shatter List is compiled by scoring companies on four factors:

  • Executive engagement (active support from the CEO, executive team, and all leadership).
  • Company programming (currently has women in leadership executive positions and proactively implements programs to support women in technology).
  • Community investment (active participation with the broader community to learn from and share best practices regarding culture and inclusion).
  • Women’s or D&I group (formal programs to support women internally).

The Shatter List was developed as part of the Women Tech Council’s diversity and inclusion program and commitment to help build, recognize, and amplify high-performing environments.

“While no organization or leader has completely broken the glass ceiling for women in tech, progress is happening and change is accelerating,” said Cydni Tetro, president of WTC. “Recognizing the programs and companies that are creating positive impact builds momentum for these changes, and helps move our entire technology ecosystem in the right direction towards more inclusive environments that advance women and create high-performing teams.”
