Trend: Healthcare-specific BI vendors outperform cross-industry vendors
“Most large, cross-industry BI platform vendors have consistently failed to deliver the expected value to clients,” according to KLAS. “While cross-industry vendors often have robust functionality, healthcare-specific solutions are still providing the best experience and outcomes for healthcare organizations. Providers say that what sets these more focused vendors apart is proactive partnering with customers to share best practices and ensure success, the delivery of cutting-edge functionality built for a healthcare environment, and a high level of usability that allows less experienced end users to derive value from the system.
