Health Catalyst Named a Best Workplace for 2020 by Inc. Magazine

Health Catalyst ranks among highest-scoring businesses, with standout employee engagement

SALT LAKE CITY (May 5, 2020) – Health Catalyst, Inc. (“Health Catalyst,” Nasdaq: HCAT), a leading provider of data and analytics technology and services to healthcare organizations, has been named to Inc. magazine’s annual list of the Best Workplaces for 2020.

Hitting newsstands in the May/June 2020 issue, and as part of a prominent Inc.com feature, the award is the result of a wide-ranging and comprehensive measurement of American companies that have created exceptional workplaces through vibrant cultures, deep employee engagement, and stellar benefits.

The 2020 list marks the fourth consecutive year that Health Catalyst has been featured as a Best Workplace. The company has received this award each year since 2017.

“We are honored to once again be recognized by Inc. as one of the best workplaces in America,” said Health Catalyst CEO Dan Burton. “This award is a tribute to our dedicated team members who uphold our positive, values-based and inclusive culture, and who work every day toward our shared mission to be the catalyst for massive, measurable, data-informed healthcare improvement.”

Collecting data from more than 3,000 submissions, Inc. singled out 389 winners for this year’s list. Each nominated company took part in an employee survey, conducted by Quantum Workplace, on topics including trust, management effectiveness, perks, and confidence in the future.

“Building a great corporate culture comes only from strong leadership,” says Inc. magazine editor-in-chief Scott Omelianuk. “The companies on Inc.’s Best Workplaces list are setting an example that the whole country can learn from, especially now, when company culture is more important to the workforce than ever.”

The Inc. honor is one of over 50 regional and national “best workplace” awards earned by Health Catalyst, including awards from Gallup, Glassdoor, Fortune, Forbes, Entrepreneur, Modern Healthcare, and the Salt Lake Tribune.
