Great Place to Work® and Fortune magazine have included Health Catalyst on their list of the 2021 Best Workplaces for Millennials™. This is the Company’s first year in the Large category and second time being named to the prestigious list, this year coming in 61st place.

Commenting on the achievement, Health Catalyst CEO Dan Burton said, “We are grateful to be among the Best Workplaces for Millennials. This honor is a testament to our belief that team members should be our top priority and at the center of all we do. Every day we work intentionally to foster a strong workplace culture where team members of every generation feel valued and supported.”

The Best Workplaces for Millennials award is based on analysis of survey responses from more than 5.3 million current employees. In that survey, 94 percent of team members said that Health Catalyst is a great place to work, compared to 59 percent of employees at a typical U.S.-based company.

“The Best Workplaces for Millennials™ treat their employees like people, not just employees” said Michael C. Bush, CEO of Great Place to Work®. “These companies foster caring and respect for one another, at every level of the organization. The result is millennial employees who say they look forward to coming to work and – as our research says – are 50 times more likely to stay a long time.”
