In recognition of her efforts to courageously advocate for change and pioneer new ways to increase diversity, equity, and inclusion in the healthcare ecosystem, Health Catalyst’s first-ever Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Intern, Delinah Hailey, will be honored as a Technology Rising Star.

In recommending Hailey for the award, Jason Jones, Chief Analytics & Data Science Officer at Health Catalyst, shared “I have had the distinct pleasure of getting to know Delinah as she’s innovatively contributed to the best approaches for marketing our AI-driven Health Equity Assessment and Guidance Solution to healthcare payors and providers and through her courageous presentation in a senior leadership meeting of her capstone project dedicated to poignantly sharing the voices of our team members of color.”

Award recipients were selected by a panel of judges who determined the list of winners from a talented pool of promising college students, professionals, managers, C-suite executives, innovators, inventors, and change agents. The Technology Rising Star Award recognizes women who are helping to shape technology for the future.

In addition to conference award activities, Health Catalyst will also participate in conference programming. Five Health Catalyst team members will keynote, moderate, and/or present on panels. The conference offers expert insights on leadership, professional development, technical advancements, and STEM training, and facilitates interaction in knowledge environments that promote networking, training, and mentoring for both students and professionals.
