Organizational Assessment

This Organization Improvement and Readiness Assessment includes a 22-question online assessment as well as face-to-face interviews with leadership at the executive, domain, and entity levels of your organization. The resulting report will explain your organizational strengths and weaknesses relative to improvement readiness and provide specific recommendations (including the offerings below) to help you move toward a culture and system of improvement.

In-person Learning Experiences


This is a two-hour discussion led by a Health Catalyst expert who will introduce the concepts, principles, and practices of world class health care organizations in transformational improvement, and what it takes to apply the principles and practices outlined in the Implementing Governance for Transformational Improvement.


During this full-day interactive workshop, your leaders will learn the principles and tools to build a sturdy governance infrastructure, identify what’s working well in your organization, and discover where there may be gaps. With the unique needs of your organization in mind, Health Catalyst will facilitate a discussion that will result in an actionable plan to move toward a culture of improvement — a plan that may include the Transformational Leadership Implementation Workshops.


Our skilled facilitators will spend three, full-day working sessions over the course of several weeks with key organizational leaders. The session and between-session deliverables will result in the implementation of a transformational governance framework.
