Julie Larson-Green has left an indelible mark on billions of people and scores of companies over her pioneering 35+ year career. In 2015, Fast Company magazine hailed Julie as one of its Most Productive People, and the Anita Borg Institute recognized her extraordinary technology leadership achievements with their Women of Vision Leadership Award.
As Microsoft’s and then Qualtrics’ first-ever Chief Experience Officer, Julie redefined the human-centered engineering and design disciplines to put people first and technology second. The global successes of Microsoft Office, Windows, Xbox and Surface, and the new Experience Management (XM) category at Qualtrics are a testament to Julie’s exceptional track record of design-led product development and inclusive leadership. Her expertise in blending human experience with technology has also redefined our experiences with the tech of tomorrow, like AI, machine learning, natural language processing and mixed reality.
As an advisor, investor and board member, Julie currently helps companies successfully develop their people, products and processes to create great experiences and deliver explosive growth. As the beneficiary of positive life-long mentors, Julie is also committed to paying forward all that she’s received and learned. She is on the board of Goleadoras, a non-profit that seeks to battle gender disparity by empowering young women in personal and intuitive ways.
